Official participants refer to the states and intergovernmental organizations.
Confirmation of participation and appointmentof the commissioner General of Section
Upon receiving the official invitation letter, official participants shall submit official documents to Chinese government through diplomatic channels to confirm their participation and at the same moment they shall appoint the Commissioner General of Section and identify the supervising department and its contact information.

Submission of Documents
Submitting Theme Statement, defining the overall theme and general contents of exhibition; submitting Exhibition Area Application Form and Garden Design, confirming whether to build outdoor garden or indoor garden, applying for exhibition area.

Technical Consultation
The two parties negotiate on participation conditions, including theme statement, garden design, commercial activities, financial assistance, etc.

Signing of Participation Contract and Financial Assistance Contract.

Garden Construction and Exhibition Arrangement

Expo to be Held between April 29 and October 31, 2019

Exhibition Removal and Premise Restoration
